Stephen Cabral is a fitness and personal training professional who specializes in helping
clients achieve and maintain a healthy weight. In his ten-plus years of experience, Steve
has conducted more than 11,000 one-on-one training sessions and has developed several unique
fitness training programs, such as his Fit Life workouts, golf conditioning, and YogaShaping&trade.
He holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise,
and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and he is a trained instructor in lifestyle
weight management, yoga, kickboxing, sports and conditioning, golf, core training, and several
schools of self-defense. He has been featured as a fitness expert on TV, in magazines and
newspapers, on the radio, and in other media outlets. Steve is the founder and director

an online training studio specializing in weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle.
Elaine Murphy, B.A., C.N.C.
Elaine Murphy is a nutrition consultant who specializes in diabetes, cardiovascular disease
menopause, weight management, and lifestyle modification. She has been in health-care consulting
for over 20 years. Elaine received her B.A. in social science and Standard Teaching Credential
at the California State University, Chico, and holds certifications as a Diet Counselor,
Nutrition Educator, and Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College. She is a member of the
National Association of Nutrition Professionals. Elaine's passion for nutrition education
stems from her own history of junk-food addiction, weight gain, emotional eating,
and sporadic dieting. Today, she offers her expertise and experience to others as
co-owner of Weigh To Health,
providing personalized nutrition consulting, lifestyle counseling, and weight management
services in Los Gatos, Calif.
Dana Lilienthal, M.S., R.D.
Dana is a health educator and counselor with a passion for analyzing and creating recipes.
She holds certifications as a Registered Dietitian from the American Dietetic Association,
Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise and Health Counselor from the
Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Dana holds a B.S. in dietetics and a master's degree
in elementary education. When not in a middle-school classroom, Dana educates private
clients on how to improve their lifestyle for health and overall well-being. Dana has
contributed her expertise and recipe analysis to Epicurious.com; the upcoming book Real
Food for Healthy Kids , co-authored by Epicurious editor in chief Tanya Steel and Tracey
Seaman; and The 5-Factor Diet site. Dana is now working with the Institute for Integrative
Nutrition and the Manhattan Borough President on a cookbook featuring recipes from East Harlem.
