What Is My Recipes?
My Recipes is the place to save, edit, and analyze your recipes. Combine multiple ingredients to form a recipe, then analyze it for nutritional information just as you would any food in Nutrition Data's database.
An entry in My Recipes can be any combination of different foods you choose. It can be simple, like a turkey sandwich (consisting of one slice of turkey plus two slices of rye bread), or more complex, such as a casserole dish with many ingredients. If you choose, a recipe can also represent a meal (for example, "breakfast" consisting of two eggs, toast, coffee, and juice). Creating and storing a recipe for frequently eaten meals saves time when tracking your intake.
You can access My Recipes from the My ND navigation menu at the top of each page.
